OVER 100 YEARS OF INNOVATION

Reebok is an American-inspired, pioneering global brand in the sporting goods industry with a rich and storied fitness heritage which began way back in 1890 when shoemaker Joseph William Foster developed the first known running shoe with spikes.

Fast forward to 1989 and the infamous Step Reebok was born. This revolutionised the way people engaged in studio fitness programmes and soon became an essential component of all gyms. Over the years its design has evolved and renewed, but the Step concept remains as dependable as ever.

Following the Step, Reebok Fitness equipment soon became the mainstay within the fitness training, exercise and wellbeing environments as a result of continual product innovation to reflect developing industry trends and requirements. Remaining adaptable and true to its heritage, Reebok Fitness successfully transitioned from the bold and the bright aerobic era to ‘tough fitness’ - a movement which is driven by everyday people, their dedication and journey to being better humans.

In 2016, Reebok Fitness embraced this ‘tough fitness’ movement by launching a complete range of functional products which would withstand regular daily use by individuals and groups. Collaborating with industry leading medicine ball manufacturer Dynamax®, we have further established ourselves as the authority in fitness. From the Reebok Dynamax® ball, to the configurable and scalable Functional Training Tri Rig and Power Stations, the Reebok Professional range has been developed to meet the performance, space and design features demanded of today’s budget conscious commercial fitness facilities.

STAYING RELEVANT

At the same time as supporting a new and growing community of functional fitness enthusiasts, Reebok has also developed a range in line with current UFC, combat and MMA trends - the ‘train different’ philosophy and the multi-discplined approach of mixed martial arts. The introduction of Reebok’s state-of-the-art equipment and quality products in 2016 positively support these groups, ensuring our relevance both now and in the future.
